The story of Marduk and Tiamat expresses the old association of the Great Goddess with the primal and amoral forces of nature against which the gods of order struggle. This story may also represent the actual historical rise of the patriarchal deity in Assyro-Babylonia.

On a random note, Lynn remarks that the photo was taken 4 years ago, back in the days when Lynn actually went to the beach and *gasp* had a tan.

Lynn has just checked on Online Conversion and 69 inches (5 x 12 = 60 + 9 = 69) equals 1.75m.

However she is not sure if this is entirely correct, she shall check another conversion site.

Marcus could tell that the photo was a little older. Marcus thinks Lynn is pretty in both these older photos and the more recent ones of her textiles major work.
Five foot nine inches is taller than 1.75...that Marcus knows for sure.

Lynn hastens to assure Marcus that stats are purely trivial and height is really not a huge deal, as she knows well. Stats are novelty in sense that a scenario such as this occurs: "Oh my! How short that girl is! WOW! She must be Lynn from Important - Please Read!"

Lynn is also somewhat impressed at Marcus noticing time jump between photos - too many people assume that Lynn has not aged a day since Yr 6 (which is when she somehow stopped growing), with exception of Lynn's discovery of non-stage makeup.

EDIT: Marcus is actually not sure on his stats...he will get his height measured again when he can. All he knows for sure is his foot size. Which, if you look comparatively, is disproportionate! Marcus is, though, a year or two younger than people here.

Tim is sorry to dissappoint Marcus, but 1 inch = 2.54cm, 5'9" is 175.26 cm (6 foot is around 180). Nothing wrong with being short though (Tim would guess )

Marcus also ISN'T flabby, but is in good shape. His weight seems disproportionate.

Marcus must have his stats wrong. He is actually taller than most people he knows .

Lynn is more than certain that when Marcus' growth spurt kicks in, he is more than likely to top the height end of the stat chart, if not surpass it entirely.

Lynn is still waiting for her growth spurt. She figures that she is a very, very, VERY late bloomer.

Marcus actually hasn't had his height measured for a year and a half. Next time he is at the doctors office, he will get an accurate result.

Marcus is sure that Lynn will grow another couple of inches taller.

Lynn wonders whether measurement of 5"9 is incorrect. Lynn also has an idea that a lot of Marcus' weight is muscle, or heavy bones - her Greek friend also has a very dense bone structure. Lynn herself has quite a high muscle content (thank you dance thighs - anyone up to wrestle my quad muscles? I DARE YOU!) and thinks the BMI should be decapitated.
