I got myself a 512 ipod shuffle.
Best thing ever - I don't need a screen or features. I just wanna load music on it, and play it whenever.

I've got a 20gb 4g iPod, have had it for a month, has served me well. Only problem I've got is that it scratches a bit too easy.

I probably should have got the 40gb one as well, because my iPod's HDD is nearly filled.

Cases are everything, although I went thirds with ... and bubz for Ipod socks, which are great, slim and keep your Ipod pretty protected.

those plastic ipod/ipod mini skins are such rip-offs. the cheapest ones i've ever seen were $20 each from paddy's. but i really need something to protect my ipod mini because i always drop it on the ground, my old was was all scratched and dented despite having an "anodised aluminium case"

Yeah you can buy headphones or earphones from most good music shops (either hmv or a comp shop for some low end ones or a music shop like allans for some studio quality sound engineering stuff)
