i'm on the points diet... it actually works if you do it properly, there's a difference between being stupid, and just planning what you eat. the last two nights in a row i've had a big linguine with prawns and lemon sauce, the night before that nachos, and i've fit into the 18 points easily b/c it's all about how you make it.

yeah i can see that. i'm a 16 year old girl, and i actually am officially overweight (by about 5-7kg now, when i lose those and maintain it, i'll be fine with it). a 3 point dinner is ridiculous, you're meant to have 3 points for snacks! dinner should be 6-7.
now i'm hungry :p

also, i've lost 1.5kg in two weeks, which is a decent amount, but not stupid (like those people who fast and lose like 4kg a week only to put it right back on). so yeah. if you do it properly, it works properly : )

its actaully illegal for your employer to let you do more than 5 or 6 hours without a break

50 mins lunch
20 mins recess

at work, i get a 15 minute break each shift regardless of how long i work, plus free food for that 15 minute break. If i work longer then about 7 hours, i just take another break. my bosses are pretty cool
