Fucking muppet time once again in the morning.

I believe my accomplice is a little more considerate with his smoking habits.

How may I ask?

After his cigarette has been fairly depleted of tobacco and can no longer be smoked he merely disposes of the "butt" in the bin. No more smoke will be produced as he walks away in satisfaction.

I object.

I ask, why so?

The cigarette may still undergo a minute combustion, I am sure he may stop puffing more of the smoke but it looks like the plastic lining in the bin won't last much longer or other paper-based waste. Not all bins have an ashtray!

Newspapers, toxins from plastic and other flammable waste which is going to have a party of a smoke!

How else may my accomplice dispose of ash and cigarette butts and avoid this rather disastrous party?

You believe everyone disposes of their litter in the bin or ashtray always? One's consideration may be letting it on the ground or in the drain of course!
