Have you ever heard of an accountant? You can hire them to do taxes and budgeting etc etc. But i have never heard of being able to hire someone to speak proper english for you.

A translator, perhaps?

English class is okay now, coz I have a top teacher for it, but in terms of the texts we're meant to read and things like that, English smells.

I'm not surprised how many people are underwhelmed with English Advanced. There are a couple of good points (eg. at long last, good movies!), but a lot of the time it's repetitive, restrictive and manages to be tedious, for all the related texts we're allowed to choose.

I wouldn't do it if it wasn't compulsory, and I wouldn't do English Extension 1 if I didn't need it for English Extension 2 either. It's quite funny/sad. I hated 2 Unit Maths a whole lot more though, and I was absolutely appalling at it (Yearly Mark: 30%)

yea true. so i am lucky coz i got a very good one (it is my fault u see...) it is fun compare to all others i reckon. pretti straightforward, common sense. easy to understand.. juz the numbers is a bit of a problem
