I'm usually on 2-3 a day. 3 is when I'm really stressing. 5 on a really stressful day (will NEVER do that again) 0 is fantastic lol

Today I've had:
toast + coffee for breakfast
Le snak for a snack lol
A piece of Potato pizza + diet coke for lunch
noodles for dinner

Work I've done:
not much...apart from some statistics study.

Sport games watched:
1 - Origin. VERY frustrating game. good result though.

Haven't had much today, like consumed 2/3 of a chocolate bavarian, a pizza bread thing and went halves in a container of hot chips. Hmmm, maybe I should get some consistency in my eating patterns.

^^ I know what you mean, I too have only realised just how much I eat after I've started writing it down everyday.

Today:

Piece of homemade apple cake & chai for breakfast
1 sourdough roll
1 small tub of mushroom risoni salad.
3 cups of water
1 red frog.

At work at the moment and haven't had dinner yet...

Oh and I did some ECOP reading this morning, yay! Go me :)

Yesterday's food:

2 weetbixes
1 hot Milo
some sour worms
1 packet of kettle chips (50g)
4 chicken nuggets and some potato gems
spinach meal with lebanese bread
1 apple
1 packet of twisties
1 can of Solo

Todays food:

2 weetbixes
1 hot Milo
1 foot long subway with meatballs and cheese
1 bottle of water
Some sour worms
1/2 of my box of Roses
4 slices of pizza
1 glass of coke

I'm currently doing my BCHM2971 macro stuff on Excel.

Dinner tonight was fried rice, salmon, a little bit of chicken, peas, corn and carrots and a mandarin.

Fast metabolism.

On that note, though, I need to get back into good eating habits. My stomach has been feeling a bit off lately.

Plus... I only list the crap things I eat in this thread. Healthy stuff is no fun. ;)

Lol. I get hungry pretty quickly. But just because I'm thin doesn't mean I'm healthy. My cholesterol is probably through the roof. :(

I need to eat healthier things.

Today was a (fairly) unhealthy day.

1 sweet chilli/cheese scroll and a flat white
1 cheese and bacon quiche, small hot chips and an orange/apple and mango juice.
a little bit of apple tea cake

4 cups of water

Barbequed seafood (fish/calamari/octopus and prawns) for dinner with mango and avocado salsa with salad.
1 glass of white wine
1 flat white
1 cowboy

cbf to do more ECOP reading tonight, so off to bed methinks.
