Dinner: Blueberry yoghurt, Mini spinach & ricotta triangles x 4 + tomato sauce

Lunch: Blueberry yoghurt
Dinner: Roast vegetable medley
Snacks: 25g of rice crackers, Anzac biscuit
Today
Lunch: A few almonds
Dinner: Mini spinach & ricotta triangles x 4 + tomato sauce
Snacks: Might have some yoghurt later
