Late Brekky: 9x Chicken Nuggets and 4x Chicken Strips, deep fried in oily goodness! Also a coffee.
Lunch: 1x McChicken, Small Fries and Home made Sweet & sour + Chilli Garlic & Soy Fish stir fry (including frozen veggies) with rice. 2 Glasses of coke zero.
In addition

Dinner: Butter Chicken & rice
Dessert: Apple & Blackberry crumble OMG THIS WAS DELICIOUSSSSSSSS

Brekky: Stuffed potato indian flat bread
Pre-Exam meal: 2x chicken and cheese, small come zero
Post exam meal: 1x Spicy grilled chicken (was lacking the spicy :cry: ), water.

Dinner: chicken, tomato, cheese & mayo sandwich, plus 2 slices of French toast.

Had what I'd normally have for brekky for dinner because I was lazy.

breakfast: corn flakes and rolled oats with milk, a coffee.
lunch: schnitzel sandwich with lettuce tomato cheese mayo on turkish bread.
dinner: the most perfect chicken saalan ever, 2.5 roti's, perfectly (home) made yogurt.

Breakfast was Milo....havebt had that shit in ages. I don't know why but it seems to have a laxative effect on me. is this too much information?
I had an exam, then by the time I got back to my hood, I felt a little queasy so I had a slice of banana bread...was so shit I threw it out. I didn't have lunch cos I couldn't be bothered. Then for dinner I had stuffed zuchinis in a thick tomato reduction yum. A cup of tea afterwards.

+ a small bowl of 'spicy hot sour chicken soup' from some chinese restaurant i went to for dinner. it was p good, but it was just clear spicy broth with chicken and carrot lol. ~substantial~

breakfast: crunchy peanut butter honey on a slice of toast, 500ml milk milo coffee.
lunch: chicken salad wrap, ham avo tomato on a sesame seed bun.
snack: 2 packets of 10 maccas popcorn chicken, small coke.
dinner: 1 potato roti, rice with chicken saalan (chicken tikka saalan), mint yogurt (raita).
