- 1/ cup oats made with skim milk with cinnamon, stevia, strawberries and 1/3c. fat free natural yogurt on top (this is a stellar combo)
mt: apple
lunch:
1/2c. brown rice, 4 egg whites, chilli sauce, greek salad (with goats cheese instead of feta)
protein shake
dinner:
roast vegetables salad (pumpkin, sweet potato, baby spinach, olives, onion, feta, heaps of delicious shit i don't even know) and chicken
dessert: skim iced coffee with cream
