breakfast I guess:
Fried rice (including bacon, egg, veggies) about 500g? + beef soy stir fry about 200g

Dinner:
Egg and bacon quiche, potato bake, chicken breast, pasta salad, potato, pumpkin, zucchini

Drinks:
3 glasses of Johnny Black + coke
XXXX gold tinnie
