Water-Chino XL. I always say this song. It is the single greatest song I have ever heard. Lyrically, musically, structurly, everything.

This is for you- Bliss and Eso. I love this song because it means that there are others who love music and performing as much as I do.

I wish (remix)- R.Kelly. Okay, it's kind of sad I am a closet R.Kelly fan but I can't help it. I can't figue it out. But I'm a firm believe that well writtern music comes in my forms and this is one of them. Lyrically it capture what I felt when I think about my friend who was hit by a truck.

The message- Dr dre. same as above.

You sound like Louey burdett- Whitlams. Cause all my friends are fuck-ups.

Valley- John Butler. Holds significance.

That's all I can think of.

Overture/All That Jazz - Chicago Soundtrack.

No matter what mood I am in, if someone puts on that song I can't help but want to sing along. It's the one song I can stand at any time of day.

A song that "moves or touches" me though.... hrmm, I would have to say "The Rose - Bette Midler". I can't resist that womans voice.

The Chopin theme from The Pianist. Seriously.
If it's the prelude #4 in Em, which is the one I'm thinking of, then I agree.

the rachels - egon and wally embrace and say farewell & second family portrait.

stevie nicks - landslide, joni mitchell - case of you and beethoven - moonlight sonata too for weird and various reasons.

community theatre. sounds like he's going places
Some amateur theatre is really good though - for example Willoughby Theatre Company (formerly Willoughby Musical Society). They produce professional-level productions and have over 2 million in the bank... and Hugh Jackman starred in some of their productions before going pro :p

For me i would have to say
the "rue plumet" or "A heart full of love" from Les Mis

they sound sappy choices, but i really like the lyrical melodies

Dark Eyes (on piano)
reminds me of those days I can never return to, the feelings I can never have again.
