alot of xiu xiu's music. especially off the Fabulous Muscles album.
i remember the first time i heard Little Panda McElroy i cried. Jamie Stewart's ability to convey so much emotion through his voice is amazing.

alot of PJ Harvey's music i also find emotional and moving. emotionally Is This Desire?, to me, feels like her most emotional album. Rid Of Me if also intense, but more angry than sad like Is This Desire?.
