But it's already dead when you get it. It's not you're killing it again by cooking and eating it. Whether you do so or not, it's still going to be dead.i do not eat anything that has been alive apart from plants, i think its sick that people want to eat things that used to have a life, but that is just my opinion, i am not trying to turn you all vego
supply and demand. But it's already dead when you get it. It's not you're killing it again by cooking and eating it. Whether you do so or not, it's still going to be dead.
By the way, I hope your parents have disowned you. If you were my kid and you refused to eat meat I'd disown you. Ain't no runt son o' mine is going to get no money from my cold dead hands.

I love the implication here. "If you eat meat, you hate the environment!"The farming of animals produces massive amounts of green house gas, it accounts for at least 1/5 of green house gas emissions. So by not buying meat to eat it, I am reducing the demand of meat products, I know its a little amount by just me, but heaps of people don't eat meat any more, and by reducing the demand of meat products I am effectively reducing the amount of green house gas being produced. Because unlike a lot of people I care for the environment, and the effects of global warming cannot go unnoticed.
And no my parents have not disowned me, because they respect my views, like normal people do. I think you should just grow the fuck up and respect other peoples views, even if they conflict with your own.
I would of thought eating cow would lower the greenhouse problem?I love the implication here. "If you eat meat, you hate the environment!"
Not really, as you have to grow food to feed them. Bovids also belch a whole lot of methane. Reducing overall meat production, changing the feedstuff for the cows and encouraging switching to "greener" meats such as pork, poultry and kangaroo would make a huge difference to Australia's CO2 budget.I would of thought eating cow would lower the greenhouse problem?
cows are the largest souse of methane, more than 15% of green house gasesI would of thought eating cow would lower the greenhouse problem?
1) man eats cowI would of thought eating cow would lower the greenhouse problem?
K point taken.1) man eats cow
2) fat cat businessman builds farm
3) breeds more cows
4) cows shit and fart to their hearts content
5) water table rises as a result of over irrigation
6) causes salinity
7) trees take up salts and die
1) man eats cow
not trying to save cows, trying to slow down global warming.K point taken.
I was getting at Greenies trying to save Cows.
Eating less cows will not slow down global warming. They're the single largest contributor in Australia, yes, but that's only 15% of our emissions, and our total emissions are a drop of water in the ocean of the rest of the world's emissions.not trying to save cows, trying to slow down global warming.
It was deleted because it was racist, kthx. What the fuck is wrong with you fucking retarded mods.
The post I made in this thread re: monkeys was perfectly fucking legitimate. I hate monkeys, I honestly would have no objections to monkeys being farmed and eaten. Reinstate my post during one of your spasmodic moments of lucidity. Fuck.
