Well today was chest/Abs day at Gym (Mon-fri goes Shoulders/Abs, Chest/Abs, Arms, Back/abs Legs/abs) so its pretty basic: (takes about 50mins by yourself, i do it with a mate so it takes a bit longer)
Chest//
-Dips 3sets x 10 (no assist)
-Incline bench press 3sets x 6RM (90kg)
-Flat bench press 3sets x 6RM (80kg)
-Decline Bench press 3sets x 6RM (60kg, was fucked lol)
-Barbell flys 3sets x 6RM (45lbs)
Abs//
-Leg raises 3sets x 12
-Incline Crunches 3sets x 20
-Cable Crunches 3 sets x 12
-Toe taps 3 sets x 50
Then massive protein shake (WPI) + 3 eggs +banana and honey
Then ~8hrs later is 5km run around the estate.
Btw, don't do forced reps becuase of muscle memory, greater gains are made without+ always split anabolic and aerobic exercise up because working both within a time period =<gains for both.
