Yeah same I'm really lucky the course I want to do has a 'low' atar requirement so I didn't have to study as much as others did. I'm really not a hard worker tbh😭
That is a very good point tho. Bottling things up causes your emotions to show up in other physical and mental ways. It's like leaving cancer untreated which causes it to move on to a different stage. You'll just become worse and it'll affect your life in so many other ways without you...
Ikr I agree. I understand what nonya2000 is saying but them calling their classmate a bitch is so unnecessary. How is it their classmate’s fault? It sucks but there’s really nothing much we can do about it, especially us year 12s who are literally about to sit the hsc in a week or two. So cruel...
Yeah same tbh I think I'm just avoiding studying so if I do bad I can just say I didn't try 😭 but I have been practicing essay writing since that's my biggest weakness for English. As bad as it sounds I think I work best under pressure so I might study more once hsc starts. Good luck btw!
I've had a job since year 11 and I find it okay. Usually I get more shifts during holiday times (nearly every day) but I've managed it fine. Though if you're aiming for a high ATAR (I'm not lol😭) then it probably isn't the best idea. It really depends on your work tho, some casuals barely get...
Yeah man I really think you'll be more than okay. You still have time til your hsc and theres so many ways to get into med, things will work out in the end!
Honestly I just tell myself it'll be over soon and I've made it this far I may as well keep going 😭 as spiderfan44 said definitely have breaks and reward yourself. It's best not to focus on the HSC all the time (as hard as that may be) still put time into your hobbies and interests. Really wish...
Wow this sounds just like me at the start of this year😭 Btw this reflection is so amazing and well written, you explained it so well!!
My predicted ATAR is similar to yours - 60s to low 70s, but I'm actually completely fine with it now. Obviously I didn't feel this way for a majority of year 12...
I feel like you’ll be okay right? I guess it depends on the uni but I’m sure you’ll be able to do psychology, especially if you do really well in HSC. Idk I guess we gotta make the best of this time before HSC and give it our all:) good luck !
