Yeah usually they are within one or two of the correct ATAR you'll recieve, because obviously our year could have gone better or worse than last year.

When we recieve our respected ATAR's, how do we notify or provide the universities with them? Does the centre who calculate them automatically provide them or...? Also, if applying for uni's in different states, is it the same process? Thanks in advance.

A rhetorical question is very useful in seperating key ideas. It can provide interest, and involvement into the speech (which is the main objective). Always use them, but also make your paragraphs fairly short, and concise as opposed to what is normally expected within an essay. Use words that...

Woowoowoo...woo. Don't panic mate. First of all; it's 15% - absolutely nothing. Secondly, it doesn't affect your ATAR or your final HSC mark only your rank does. My first two English assignments i recieved 47% and 60%. From there my next two were 87% and 80%. (That's good for me, in English)...
