I think this is a function of sydenham being such a tiny suburb and having lots of like factories and industrial lots as well as a skate park (dodgy vibes but surely will be gentrified in a few years) but a low population of actual residents.

Probably go to the one that's in your state. Since UTS is in the city rent might be quite expensive and no point in moving interstate for a Biomed degree you can do closer to home.

Do you want to be a lawyer? If so, I would recommend that you do the law degree at MQ and if you manage to get high marks, you can transfer to USyd as a bonus, but still have the option of continuing law at MQ. If you decide to do an “easy” degree there is still no guarantee that you’ll get into...

1-3 years depending on uni etc. But not necessary for entry level job. Probably not super desired unless you know exactly what you want since you’d have less experience and might lock yourself into being “too specialised” thus having less places to apply for. e.g. if you do BSc(Stats) and go...

Also no such thing as an MBA after your bachelors, you need a few years of industry experience before your workplace will send you back to grad school (and pay for it)

Typical bulldozer approach would be let u = 1+x then do a binomial expansion of (1 - u)^6 on the top. Not the most efficient but gets the job done.
