I think perhaps on the border? it's hard to judge since the e4 will be based on the external exam... it just depends on how well you can manage to go in it.

ohhh you're in year 11. I saw that you did mx2 in your sig but didn't realise you were doing it next year. in 4u you learn how to easily prove the results in question 3. edit: now i think about it, it's a bit dog to put that in a 3u trial... at least they asked you to prove the multiplicity...

i'm pretty lucky lol; my mum doesn't really care. if i tell her marks she's pretty ecstatic cos she thinks my school is really competitive etc etc. it's pretty unfortunate if you have a mum like that D:

The main advantage of going to a good school is that if you happen to bomb externals, you'll be better off. Not only that, if someone happens to beat you in externals it could be advantageous to you depending on your rank.
