Yep, that's a pharmacy timetable... I def. prefer a day off and later finishes than no day off. The only diff is I have to do my PHAR2812 Lab Thursdays 2-5 instead of Monday 9-12. Hopefully the PHAR2813 lecture is recorded!

Could get Mondays off - just have to miss a lecture, hopefully its recorded. Fridays - 4hours straight in Bosch - hell.

nahhh, just to buy alc. you need to though. p.s. sounds cliche - but there's a lot of people in the same position, don't know anyone starting uni with them, anxious about making new friends. just be open, don't be afraid to intro yourself to people in lectures etc. you'll be fine ;)

Personally, if I was in your position I wouldn't choose the UNE degree. It's just been developed, and like you said - there aren't any qualified pharmacy teaching staff etc. Whereas USyd has a very high quality Pharmacy program in terms of teaching and delivery. With USyd, you'll end up...

Thanks! I think it's just based on academic results of the previous year and recommendation by the Dean of pharm faculty.

I have a feeling the next upgrade will be fairly big - so maybe it's best to wait those few more months.

This is a problem - they should really work on fixing that issue. People year after year are missing out on an offer because of a clerical mistake by UAC themselves! Maybe call up the Pharmacy faculty and explain the situation and see what they can do.

They are pretty boring, and not necessary to attend IMO.

You'd be surprised how many people aren't accepted because of technical errors/UAC not attaching STAT results to their uni application properly. I had to call up UAC two or three times before they could tell me my STAT results were properly attached to my record... No stat results = No pharmacy...

For someone who realises early on in their degree that they don't like Pharmacy, why not just drop out. Don't waste any more of your life studying something you don't want to study.

You have to organise your own placements. Basically just have to do some analysing of the pharmacy, prescriptions, fast movers, dispensary layout etc. Then you collaborate the data with your group and prepare a report on community pharmacy.

Bit of a late reply... but, IMO the Nikon D3000 is the best value for money as a Digital SLR Camera. The image quality is one of the best in the entry level DSLR's. I just bought one myself... it's AWESOME. The pictures are very sharp, the colours are amazing and it's just all-round TOO GOOD...
