    Textbooks???

^ Depends on the course though. Some subjects rely on textbooks heavily when creating exam material. Plus if you get them second hand, it's not as expensive...

    Tutorial Registration

^ Yep it was pretty quick! Got every tute that I wanted though yay :). No breaks between lectures and tutes, I'm a glutton for punishment and seem to like that =\ It sucks that people sit there refreshing for 10 mins. I find usually just one to keep you logged in a few minutes before and then...

    Rules for Customers

Hah, I had the same thing on Sunday. Took my time to explain conditions of sale with a disgusting rude man who wanted his items discounted even more than the 50% off he was getting. A few hours later he was back...and when I asked if he remembered what I said earlier about our exchange and...

Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Primary Teaching) - Psychology major

I do think that is correct spoilt-brat, I just logged onto vUWS and found the same thing. In the old Psychology key program, you were meant to complete two psych electives, but looking at the new major that you will be starting, there is no mention of this, so chances are you happened across...

    Rule Waiver Applications

How long have you guys waited for a rule waiver application to be approved? E-Forms suggests 7 working days, it's been 5 now for me and I'm getting antsy as I want to be enrolled before tute reg...although it's looking near impossible now :(. Damn me for changing at the last minute lol! Anyone...

Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Primary Teaching) - Psychology major

Roxtar, you're at Bankstown yeah? I did Behavioural Science in Autumn but that was because I was at Penrith. I do remember people doing Mathematical Patterns and Relationships in their first Autumn session, so I think that sounds correct. spoilt-brat, I would email the School of Education, I...

    Question about psychology at UWS

^ PMed :) The psych introductory units are Human Behaviour and Behavioural Science, once you've done them you're free to pick psych electives, as long as you meet all the other prerequisites.

What laptop should I get? HELP!

Yep, you can only use em for a few hours though :( UWS Library - Borrowing It's good if you have a presentation or something like that.

Bachelor of Arts (Pathway to Primary Teaching) - Psychology major

I would email the education department for this one, the degree has been changed recently so a lot of my knowledge is outdated. Have you checked out the Schools of Education and Psych on vUWS? They have a lot of fresh info there...

    Elective units for B.psychology

I have done Everyday Life, it's an introduction into sociology and general social phenomena. VERY enjoyable subject, you do an observation of a social event taking place and then pick it apart and analyse it in a theoretical context. Ermm, there's a written exam and an analysis of a journal...

What laptop should I get? HELP!

Macbooks are really nice pieces of machinery. But yeah, you won't need a laptop for uni. You can always hire one if you do from the library for free, there's computer labs everywhere, and lecture notes are printable.
