Tasmania have the public holiday on the Sunday (when it should be, in my opinion), but I think the other states have a substitute on the Monday.

We got it a few months ago. It's not a popup but just a message that sits where the scanned items go before you scan anything. I've got 12 (open) to 4 on Sunday, and the sunday's the public holiday in Tas :)

I don't see why it wouldn't work. Also, I went into work to grab some bread and talk to our CSM who came back off a cruise and they all had the new name badges, they look much better.

Actually, I was reading the WA Woolworths award and it says that additional shifts are included in the calculation of your annual/sick leave... so you should be able to use it for the Friday shift.

You won't have enough accrued sick leave (10.5hrs part time = 21 hours paid sick leave per annum) I don't think that the four hour additional shift will be able to be paid for out of sick leave as I guess it's considered like a casual shift and as such no paid leave applies - but you should...

I just read up on it on the Centrelink website (I thought you were talking about the Coles gift cards that say no alcohol/tobacco on them) - doesn't seem that bad. I'm not scared by bogans. Want smokes? Get a job and pay for them with that. Babikakez, I don't think your shop should be banning...
