Motivation is a pain in the butt to muster up, regardless of what you're doing. My best advice is to find out what it is that slows you down, and can really kick-start the motivation. For me, having one of my parents nag me to study was an instant motivation-deflator. On the other hand...

I need the lecture notes/copies of slides shown during lecture from last week (sep 7th) :( I've got the ilecture itself, it's just that he usually puts some other stuff on the notes as well (or, the lecture notes are easier to understand than the lecturer :p)
