Well I'm a 10min walk from campus (it's very hilly). If the 1.5 hrs was uninterrupted then it'd obviously be easier, seeing as you could do course readings etc. in the time so it's not wasted. But yeah with syd transport you end up going all over the place rather than in the direction you need...

I rang up about this last yr and they told me that you're considered full time if you do 9 cp or over per semester. When I went to get my cityrail sticker they only requested to see proof of my sem 1 subjects for me to get the sticker for the entire year....so if that's what you're inquiring...

I think it's because in uni you're dealing with a whole different age group. When kids are younger you need the "Mr" or "Mrs" to place emphasis on the fact that the teacher is an authority figure. When you're 18+ and in uni most people learn to shut the hell up and listen because they realise...
