What an awful manager.
My training was alright...well for serving it was. Cooking was a disaster because they didn't really train me to know how to cook only to become cross trained (was going to become a manager) then suddenly we had no cooks so they kept rostering me on and I didn't know what...
Yeah 100%
Don't know if you can do it for just one order but if you have a massive order just call in leave all your details pick a time to get it and it will be hot, ready and waiting for you + generally staff will be extra friendly because it's a big order.

I work for KFC but
This.
This.
Thank god I don't work close
This.
hahah fuck customers are so annoying. The burger/meal thing I don't mind so much I normally just say "combo or by itself?"
The drink thing 100% sympathy goshhh I swear one guy took like 5 mins trying to decide...
Hahaha shitt this is why I avoid the mq library. I went there like 2 weeks ago to get some books for my essay and the library was packed. Was trying to find somewhere to sit for 10 mins to go through the books to see which ones I wanted but half the desks were just empty with peoples crap all...
$50 a fortnight on petrol
$150 fortnight going out/food/drink
the rest attempt to save until i spend it on shit like clothes
EDIT: I only earn like $150 a week so yeah
Depends on the server I guess, although have had some pretty shocking service from Maccas in the past.
KFC is half/half but I take more notice because I work there. Sometimes they follow the serving guidelines to the tee and others don't care at all
Yeah you get paid for orientation...such a bludge too
You just do role plays and random activities, learn the expectations and all that
Differs depending on if the orientation is run by your store (franchise) or by KFC but yeah don't stress about it at all its a breeze
EDIT: Actually CSTM can...
IMO anything that goes above and beyond your daily tasks or anything that exceeds the customers expectations
eg Most customers don't expect great service from Maccas/KFC but if you are extremely friendly/helpful they might change their mind
Wow dude even I earn more then you and I work at KFC lol you should definitely insist on a pay rise if they don't give in then quit. I'm sure you could find another tutoring job easily esp with your experience or advertise privately you could make $25+ an hour.
Probably because a lot of people apply so they can be picky with who they choose eg people with experience. Yes its piss easy thats why lots of people would want that job
