Risk it, unless the aforementioned policy is clearly stated in the scholarship contract. They're not going to rescind all three scholarship offers if they find out. Worst case scenario: they'll probably just make you pick 2.

I don't know the answer to your question but why not try UNSW Comm instead? Although their cuttoff is usually higher than USyd, you should be able to get in using their bonus points scheme.

it will depend on your ATAR and GPA. UAC will take a combination of both into consideration. i believe you can only transfer after a year at UWS.
