I don't think legislation is absolutely crucial, unless the report/ extended response question asks about legal/ethical aspects, in which case it's always better to drop a few in there.
There is one that you should definitely memorise the name of though.

From what I can gather according to pictures on Facebook... some nice looking buildings in the midst of nowhere with stray shopping trolleys littered throughout the campus.
^ 50% of your marks in business will come from knowing the syllabus dotpoints. That's a pretty sweet deal.

I'm ok with class disussions and whatnot, but formal oral presentations freak me out because I think I'm going to draw a complete mental blank when I get up there to speak.

At the moment I am partial to choosing B Business & Commerce/ B Laws because in 2011 UWS will be introducing a B Business & Commerce (Advanced)/ B Laws which 09ers can transfer into in second year, whereas B Economics/ B Laws does not offer the advanced...
Justify why you chose that particular target market and how it will contribute to the overall success of the business, and the fulfilment of its specific market objectives.
