So who got a consideration for one?
I know a few who got considered and received letters today but final decisions will be made after release of results. They're hanging on, right now.
I want to know, did everyone receive a notification saying that they have received their application.
Hi everyone.
I just want your thoughts as to whether English to you was a waste of time.
I've heard of people who have slept in class and only memorised an essay and learnt what the text was about the week before. Honestly, I could've done the same and I would've saved a lot of time. Well...
Now that journeys and Shakespeare et. al. are out of the way, do you have any final comments and messages to leave for them as you leave them behind?
To Shakespeare, the tragedy of King Lear is that we have to study it.
I've been feeling down since paper 2. Join me in adding your farewell...
Honestly, after the 5 minute reading time, I still had to read it over and over again, still trying to find out what it meant.
Take King Lear for example, I still could not believe that they didn't ask for the traditional 2-readings but rather for a personal one. I was staring at it sighing...
We started 15 minutes later. Our English Head Teacher and Principal came to give us really good advice and wished us well and we were joking around for a bit, sarcastically expressing feelings of doubt of success.
Our supervisors were really slow to collect the papers. I left my seat 20...
I think i got this wrong, and further more, I did this for question f. The "cave" to me was a place of mystery that arouses curiousity rather than what the composer thought to be one "in the mountains"
I need to be much more prepared and have to be much quicker as I have learned as I was too relaxed for questions 1 and 2 that I had less than 40 minutes for section III. Paper 2 to me is like memorisation and regurgitation.
No.
I don't do IT but I'm excited that the first exam is over. I'm so happy for you that you've got one out of the way before everyone else. You've got English tomorrow.
How was the blood flow?
TOMORROW!!
-Don't forget your Weetbix!
-Don't forget your pens.
-Don't forget your calculators and rulers.
-Don't forget to go to the toilet before hand.
-Don't forget to set the alarm clocks.
Hooraah! for those who have IT, French or Korean at 9.25 am tomorrow.
I'd like to know what the Accords are. It's a word that I've come across a number of times later.
Do we have to know them? All I know is that they're a government policy implemented by Labor.
This song is funny if you've seen the clip. Weird Al Yankovic at his best.
Even Chamillionaire has it on his website home page.

What do you estimate to be is your overall ranking within the school?
You've obviously gotten all your ranks for every subject so how about within the grade?
Are you 1st in the grade or last?
Yes. By being a member of this site, I have received a lot of advice on how to study during the year but how bout in the week or so before the exams?
Any advice would be great.
This is a pretty stupid question I'm asking you.
The fact that these next exams aren't my school's makes me feel that way. Besides, I've forgotten that it's the school holidays because I'm so focused.
