It's fine if you're thinking about doing 4U maths. I don't think there's a "best time" to think about doing the course, if you want to do it, and you like maths, you should definitely work towards it :) Pretty sure a lot of people decide to do 4U maths in Year 10, myself included.

I think a tablet with electronic pdfs of your textbooks would be best. It's so small and portable so you can free up some of the suitcase space. I take my ipad to the library to study so I don't need to lug all my textbooks from school ^^

They were okay. I went to the study skills, belonging and maths ext 1 sessions. I would recommend going if you're not tight on time because you are staying there for most of the day after all. Although you could also just bring work there and do your work when the lecture gets boring (I did...
