Has anyone experienced put downs about their results? How have you coped with these?
I have experienced put downs from my family who tell me that I will never do as well as my cousins, that I'm lazy, will never go university and will be a failure. :jedi:
I've been telling myself to ignore...
I'm getting 99+ for sure :D Good luck with your UAI aim too!
Great idea. :rofl: I hope the whole forum will be full of 'I did well in my half yearlies' so that I don't sound arrogant :haha:
As long as you don't get an N award. Make sure that this doesn't fall below 12 units. You only get an N award if you don't make a serious attempt. If you failed but tried your best, you won't be awarded an N award.
i hate people who cheat. I do believe that there will be some people cheating in the HSC. I don't think they should even deserve to go to TAFE. Cheating is immoral. It pisses me off when people do that.
Graph the two lines, then find the point of intersection.
Or substitute equation 1 into equation 2 for y
1- x^2 = x^2 +1
0 = 2x^2
x = 0
substitute x = 0 in equation 1
y= 0^2 + 1
y= 1
point of intersection: (0,1)
Re: Would you recommend these books?
one dotpoint = one paragraph of info. There is nothing in Conquering Chem on Metals, Section 2. i.e. justify the increasing recycling of metals, how to recycle aluminium, etc. Jacaranda and Chemistry Contexts have 4 pages of info on Section 2.
