wait Q8 the one about the tsetse fly was direct contact right?? it was biting...
No, indirect. The pathogen doesn't directly come to human.wait Q8 the one about the tsetse fly was direct contact right?? it was biting...
direct contact is mainly person to person and through bodily fluids. Indirect is through a contaminated intermediate object such as the vector (fly)wait Q8 the one about the tsetse fly was direct contact right?? it was biting...
how the hell is 87 raw bad or am i just dumbIs an 87 raw bad or not? A couple in my school said it's likely to be in the bottom half of the scores
Because alignment this year is gonna be horrible ig considering everyone found it so easy. I actually wish it was a harder test. I'm probably not going to get B6 ONLY because I ended up getting 17/20 on mcq looking over it again (I changed 2 of my answers from right to wrong like always). I'll need to get 73/80 in short answer for guaranteed B6 and god knows probably like 70/80 for aligned B6 if I'm lucky. I'ma actually be so pissed if I see 89 as my hsc mark.how the hell is 87 raw bad or am i just dumb
I did the exact same thing. I could have gotten 19/20, but I chnaged two of my correct answers and now I'm getting a 17Because alignment this year is gonna be horrible ig considering everyone found it so easy. Was it the questions regarding if tsetse was direct/indirect and the plants immune response? I'm going to remember this lesson for physics and NEVER change my MCQ answers. I'll leave the exam hall early if I even think about doing it this time.I did the exact same thing. I could have gotten 19/20, but I chnaged two of my correct answers and now I'm getting a 17

Better than me who's getting a fucking 16 and likely scored 87, which is in the bottom half apparently the expected median in my school is 88.I did the exact same thing. I could have gotten 19/20, but I chnaged two of my correct answers and now I'm getting a 17
ughhh thats so annoying i get 19/20 thendirect contact is mainly person to person and through bodily fluids. Indirect is through a contaminated intermediate object such as the vector (fly)
might have lost a mark for repetition of similar points for ethical implications, idk if 'GM' crops is too vague for the question or not since GM is a really broad term (obviously it's a biotech but they might have beef with it if u didn't state it was transgenic or something, not sure tho), but its rlly subjective and dependent on marking obviouslyFor the TWO biotechs question I did:
GM crops (example: Bt corn and Bt cotton)
Societal: increased yield of food/cotton increases supply of products such as food (Bt corn) and cotton-derived products, decreasing prices for society and giving more options
Ethical implications: Talked about profiteering, biopiracy and religious issues around the use and consumption of GM crops
Biofuels (example: sustainable aviation fuels)
Societal: Talked about decreasing pollution from normal crude oil kerosene used in aircraft, improving quality of life
Ethical implications: Talked about profiteering, biopiracy around the use and consumption of biofuels
How many marks out of 7 did I lose?
