If both of you perform on the same level in the exams, u might end up getting the same UAI, but pigz might pip u to 100 if he does remarkably well in 4U maths
lol, u realise both of you could potentially get 100 since u'll both be trying so hard to beat each other

It is. It's not easy to be in the top ~22 of ~65000 students. It's very easy to just miss out.

As you can see, in 2002, achieving at the 25th percentile in 4u was approximately equivalent to achieving at the 90th percentile in physics. And the 50th percentile in 4u was roughly equivalent to the 95th percentile in physics. For a UAI of 100, you'll need a scaled mark of at least 48/50 in each unit. To do that here, you'd have to be placed at the 93rd percentile in 4u or the 99th percentile in physics.
It's up to you to decide which is easier.
Disclaimer: Scaling may change. Etc.

well, considering that my school's pretty damn good in maths, i think i might concentrate on 4u now, but i think i'll study for phys just in case, i mean i only have 1 exam left
