    yesterdays workout: back squats 3x5 (105, 115, 125) bench press 3x5 (55, 60, 60) deadlift 1x5 (130) barbell shoulder shrugs 3x8 (100, 110, 110) chinups 3x(failure) my grip is really failing me. i reckon i could deadlift 140ish if i had chalk/more callous-y palms :(

    well, notice that tan(x/2) is undefined when x=pi integrating [0-->2pi] will lead us into trouble so we split the interval up into 2 regions: [0-->a] [a-->2pi] then we take the limit as a--->pi, understand?
