Highly doubt 80 raw is going to align to 90 this year. It will be closer to 83-84 raw.

Group studying is not helpful at all regardless of the subject- you're more than likely going to get distracted and waste time. Anyway everyone has their specific areas they need to focus, maybe work with one other person if you/they really need help.

Re: Explanation of HSC Marks (Moderating) If you were to answer more than one option, do they mark both and take your highest one? I believe some schools teach more than one due to the relative difficulties on the day.

I would say a common trend is that people who do very well in advanced also do ee1/ee2. However maybe it is because they are good at adv that they are doing ee1/ee2. Don't worry about it though - you can do fine without.

Does your friend go to a top private/selective school? Seems fair they'd have a cutoff due to high demand.

Ok you work hard - that's admirable, does not change the fact that there are very little difficult concepts which you need someone to hold your hand to guide you through. You're being way too sensitive, but please do tell me why you disagree, the stage is yours.

Tbh I don't know why you feel insulted enough that you're attacking me - please prove me wrong though eg. which parts of eco are extremely hard to grasp/understand. Oh and it is perfectly normal that no one can get 100/100 for essay based subjects such as eco.

They don't help...you might think you know the theory from watching a youtube vid, but you don't know how to apply it in answering questions that take it out of context.

Economics is a pretty braindead subject though, having finished the hsc course for chem, phys is surprising hard (just finished the space module), questions are really testing your understanding in hypothetical situations rather than just word for word from the syllabus. THere's no way I would...
