    extension 2 math

I don't consider it nerdy; its one of the reasons so many asians excel at mathematics - there is a strong empahasis on succes in maths in asian countries. And yes; the number of people who depend on calculators to do simple maths is shocking.

    Ideas on Study Groups anyone?

It's a bit hard to form an out of school study group IMO, because different schools will be learning different topics at different stages. Also, different schools have different difficulty levels in assessment tasks.

    Coming First.

What school you go to? Don't be demoralised if the competition at your school is fierce.. Those guys may just be naturally talented or have different ways of studying to you.. Also look at what your study consists of and what works and what doesn't.

the preliminary 'I didn't go well in my half yearlies' thread

lol, at some selective schools the average of a top class can be something as ridiculous as 96 %. That's why some people may consider their mark "bad"

the preliminary 'I didn't go well in my half yearlies' thread

^^ That statement is coming from someone who had a crazy cram session before SC (lol) Like everyone says, calm down. Work out where you went wrong.. and how you could have improved (.. that is, if you;re not a troll)...
