Wow ok then, great job! Perhaps think of your motivation to get those high marks, because that's how you'll continuing those extraordinary marks :)

    Opinions on Acceleration?

Yeah that what I thought, or they start before year 11 (like in year 9 or 10). If you are accelerating in year 11 that would be ridulous. How would you cover two years of content in one year? :O

    Moving into Year 11 Preparation

There are some good threads either on this one or the year 9 and 10 page about what to do in the summer holidays to prepare yourself for year 11. They're really useful, so perhaps give that a read. IMO- focus on year 10 then think more about preparing for year 11. And remember, year 12 is the...

We got fed 6 times a day at camp- so I was constantly full! It was great! But yeah- if it continues perhaps you should see a doctor or tell someone else that could help you.

Year 11 and 12 Subject Selection

How good is your english? Because if you find extension maths/english too hard you can't do anything till year 12. Just saying. Extension maths requires more work than you think it does. But it's not too bad... Well yet. Yay a music buddy!!! Finally someone's choosing a music course on here...

    Distance Ed Condensed Courses

If you understand the concept of moles quickly, and get chemistry quickly i don't think it would be "soul sucking" but definitely be a lot of work.

    Subject Selections

Sien speaks the truth. Do whatever you like to do, whatever you're good at, and if you suddenly decide you have a interest in arts, you can always do courses in lead up to the start of uni. Make sure to manage your time wisely, but considering you're already quite involved, looks like you're set.

    Study buddy?

Music 1 is mainly performance, and little of comp/musicology. Probably a good idea to do ameb exams in year 11, considering you haven't done one before. It helps with nerves- a lot! I play violin myself and nerves do sometimes get the better off me- not cool!

It's like when the teacher/examiner asks you questions and then you answer. No idea how to prepare for one!

Two of my friends do, IPT and EES. You have to do a lot of work by yourself- and if you fall behind it's hard to catch up.

Physics and Biology or Chemistry and Biology??

Probably chemistry and biology. I don't really see how physics would come into med but someone correct me if I'm wrong! Chemistry does have a lot more maths than I anticipated esp.when you learn moles, but otherwise it's alright. Bio is getting a bit boring with evolution, but I hear it's better...

Guide to selecting your HSC Courses

I must have switched the subjects that i wanted to do in Year 11 like 10 times before settling on what i know do. Keep your mind open, and who knows maybe a course will come flying to your head that just works for you :D :P Gosh im such an optimist.

Guide to selecting your HSC Courses

If you get the science, it won't take too much time to absorb and learn the knowledge thrown at you. However, the exams for sciences tend to fall around the same time, for example this term we had a bio test on Monday, a physics test on Wednesday, and a chem test on Thursday. Don't underestimate...

    how to improve

Depends how good you are at Maths already, and how much effort you'll put into the course. At different schools they do Ext. 1 differently, for example my school incorporates Harder Applications of 2U as we do the 2U course, then teach us any 3U stuff on top of that, then we go on to purely Ext...
