    No, afaik it means that when a RTC barcode is scanned and it is a reduction greater than 60% there will not be a control check displayed. CoreComms is an IE based application. You should be able to zoom using the Ctrl & + shortcut, however this may be restricted.

    Heh, oh well that kind of thing is nothing new. The Licensing Enforcement Division of WA Police has been known to do this with liquor stores as well. If you follow ID25, there shouldn't be any problems.

    I just have all the numbers in my mobile (eg WOW - GFS Merchant Support, WOW - Epay etc) and get them off there. This way I always know the numbers no matter which store I am working in etc :-)

    Line manager = your direct report So if you're an assistant or a 2IC, it's the department manager. Department managers report to SSM, STM-LL or STM-Fresh SSM, STM-LL and STM-Fresh report to Store Manager Store Manager reports to Area Manager I think that covers everyone in stores.
