Pfft. The sciences aren't as tough as people seem to make out. If you study and you understand the concepts - BINGO. You're set. And on top of that, the scaling really is quite compensatory. It's the subjects where you can study and understand the concepts and STILL not be sure of doing well...

I can't be bothered to check again, but are the tenses consistent? Because you're right - something about it doesn't gel, like the writer just lumped descriptive clauses together and then placed strategic punctuation in.

The main appeal of Economic and Social Sciences/Law is that it seems like a good compromise between Commerce and Arts. :D But what's the difference between it and Economics? Is it that they have different required majors?

That's true. The class is rather close-knit and on pretty relations with the teacher. So it has it's perks. :)

Ha. I can't wait to see my timetable - they'll have to cram 15 units into it for 3 weeks until I sit the HSC exam for Ag, and then I'll have 2 units evaporate into frees. But the next 3 weeks should be something...intense. ;)

it means you start the hsc subject ahead of the rest of your peers ie. in year 9 or 10 and hence complete it earlier.
