    Yes definately. Cause ATAR varies from year to year. In one year your marks might be 94 and in another it might be 95. All the best with getting 95+

    Yes assuming all your other courses are b6. All rounders = 10 units of study in b6 (doesn't have to include English)

    There are many alternatives. Once is doing the same course at TAFE and then applying to transfer over. Another alternative is doing another course at that uni then applying to transfer to the course you want. Similarly you can do that same course at another uni then apply to transfer to the...

    Engineering with low 70's ATAR?

    Unfortunately I don't think so. Most of them require high 80s - low 90s to get in. Maybe you can try doing it at another uni and then transferring over? I wish you all the best.
