a couple of things u might want to remember about functions and relations: - odd and even functions (as said before) - vertical line test - might be more important for "inverse functions" - an ext 1 hsc topic. - and just know the shapes of basic curves - linear, quadratic, cubic, quartic...

anything specific? u could try "past papers by topic"; a book that contains past hsc papers ordered by topic. it has worked solutions as well. i think the author is owain rowland-jones - something along those lines anyway.

got me there :) yea, N was a solution to dN/dt. point of the story though....some guys wasted a lot of time: 5-10mins + 20 lines of working = didn't get the answer = 0 marks 30 secs + 4 lines of working = right answer = 1 mark. and about the |+|.....is there meant to be a vertical line...

i wonder if u can do that....it'd set a very important precedent and thousands of ex-hsc students will come to the courts and claim millions. it probably will happens someday. today, u can sue for just about anything. it's ludicrous.
