Around 1000 or so, give or take a few depending on what I'm writing about and what subject it's for. I write fairly small, around 12 words a line I'd say. (I'm right handed).

If you're talking about the cover for the album, then the images inside the cover are from the film version of The Wall which I suggest you watch if you want to get a better understanding of those images -- and of the album itself, if you plan to use the songs.

Yeah, Page uses a bow on Dazed and Confused on both the studio and when performing the extended version of the song live. Other songs he uses the bow on are "In The Light" and "In The Evening" :D

I too had to choose two from those exact four poems in my speech last year :D The other two texts I chose was the song 'Achilles Last Stand' by Led Zeppelin and the book 'Journey to the Centre of the Earth' by Jules Verne.
