Don't know about "best" but can confirm I learnt more by bumming off my girlfriend's study material given to her by their English staff (HGHS) than I did at NBHS (and I topped Adv and Ext 1) The top 15-20 get insanely high English marks at HGHS

Then they are more or less the same option (except for campus and their location anyway) so you can't go wrong in terms of what you want to study :)

If you wanted to study a language you could always combine your business degree with an international studies degree (which is only 4 years at uts, not sure about mq) and learn it on that side of your double degree and also go on exchange for an entire year
