    Job Opportunities in International/Commerce

Your job opportunities are likely to come more from your Commerce major with your additional language/international studies giving you a bit of differentiation from the other candidates. Of course there are exceptions such as jobs which mandate Chinese (e.g. working for a Chinese...

What does it mean if my crush asks how many kids would I like when older?

I'm going to go with it's just making conversation if you're still young and in school/early uni days.

    Internet Speed

Bigpond Cable Ultimate - this was a must have for me when I moved out of home into my own place. Needed to ensure I could stream 1080p to my TV whilst leaving sufficient bandwidth for my VPN to the office :)

Do girls always go for guys with money?

It depends on your age and what you mean exactly by "with money". Are you saying totally loaded or someone who is just financially stable/independent?

    Event Cinemas or Maccas?

Depends on what your shifts/etc are like at Maccas. If they're just ad hoc anyway, doesn't hurt to stay on the casual list.

    Event Cinemas or Maccas?

This. It may not pay as well nor leave you feeling that satisfied in the short run, but it's recognised as a great training ground by other employers especially if you last long enough to not only handle responsibility, but also gain from the formal training/development programs and the other...

    Cadetships 2013 thread

There's no hard and fast rule but if you only have a pass average, it'll lead to the question of why, and whether or not you'd really be able to learn what you need to learn on the job and/or finish CA.

    Cadetships 2013 thread

Despite what RishBonjour says, it's not really a criteria at most firms and hasn't been for a while to have a D WAM unless you're applying for specific technical roles (which as far as I'm aware, aren't really offered to interns/grads nowadays). That being said crazy_paki123, I've seen you post...

What I'd think about before going into an interview...

I'm often asked via PM for my thoughts and tips/tricks on the one-on-one interviews, and with the recent round of scholarships, internships, cadetships, graduate roles, etc... I thought it would be worthwhile sharing my views publicly rather than responding to each and every PM. Here are the...

What car do you drive? (the new one)

That's awesome. I have driven the S16 (in Proton Saga guise)! Protons are usually fun little cars to have and the handling is surprisingly decent. Oh, and Havox is right. Proton owns Lotus. Bought it back in the 90's from memory.
