Just before the BoScrash :) I think unless you're good at finance and are actually able to think prospectively, most of the finance jobs are not too different from accounting but without the rules/standards making it harder to progress.

Just because you list it as an industry interest doesn't necessarily mean anything... unfortunately a lot of the A/B/F jobs are not the high profile/super well paid grad jobs which the stereotypes lead you to believe.

I think you gotta figure out what exactly you want to do when you say 'stock broker'. Do you mean the guy who just answers telephone calls and punches buttons on a computer, or something a bit more (e.g. analysts, traders, etc)?

Remember there are double demerits (at least in NSW) from 24 Dec 2010 to 3 Jan 2011 (inclusive)! Drive safe and remember there's going to be a lot of people driving on the road, and a lot of inexperienced drivers, so always be careful :)

Hmm... it depends what you want out of your degree. I'd choose B Business at UTS if you are on a cadetship (for convenience), or because you do a lot of extra curricular stuff outside of university and hence don't really require that aspect of uni. It's also a lot easier from what I've heard...
